Zippy is a crazy Miniature American Shepherd. He has his quirks, but he’s very loveable anyways, especially with those adorable different colored eyes!

Zippy was a foster fail, originally fostered from Mini Aussie Rescue and Support (MARS).

Is he friendly?
- Zippy is affectionate with most adults, however isn’t a fan of most kids (especially rambunctious ones) and isn’t friendly towards other dogs.
Why does he wear a muzzle?
- Zippy is aggressive towards other dogs, especially on leash. After multiple instances with off leash dogs running up on us and him almost injuring them (and me in the process), I decided it was safest for everyone, including Zippy, for him to be muzzled when we’re out and about.

Why does he wear goggles?
- Zippy has a condition called Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA). This condition causes his eyes to deteriorate as he ages, and the goggles are used to protect his eyes and help him see better!
